Secure Homes Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in La Habra, California. We started with a simple observation: too many homes in our community have a broken garage door, a lock that doesn't hold, or no plan for an emergency, and the families inside have no way to fix it.
Our mission
To give every homeowner a safe and secure living environment by providing safety installations, repairs, education and resources to those who can't access them on their own, while promoting energy efficiency and supporting families through natural disasters.
We don't just fix what's broken. We teach homeowners how their safety systems work, connect them with trusted local partners, and help the whole neighborhood become more resilient.
How we work

We serve our local neighbors, starting with the households at greatest risk. Requests are reviewed by people who live here.

Licensed technicians and trade partners do the work. Every installation meets current safety codes and is inspected before we close the job.

We favor durable, energy-efficient solutions over quick fixes, so the help we give keeps paying off for years.
Transparency
We are a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Financial statements and our annual impact report are available on request.
