Questions
Does booking through the foundation cost me more?
No. Partners agree to give foundation customers the same pricing and any listed offer. Their contribution comes out of their side, not yours.
Who actually does the work?
The partner you choose. They quote, schedule, perform and warranty the work. The foundation vets partners and follows up on every referral.
How does the money reach the foundation?
When your job is completed, the partner records it and their pledged contribution goes on a monthly statement we reconcile and publish as program totals.
Is the foundation paid for referring me?
Yes. Partners contribute to the foundation for jobs booked through this page. That contribution funds free repairs for households in need.
I can't afford a repair. Can you help?
Possibly. Request free help here and a coordinator will review it.
